The rise comes on the back of a 66.7% rise in blackmail and extortion, a 55.9% leap in weapons and explosives offences, 41.6% hike in drug crime, and a 40% increase in homicides.
Crime is up an unprecedented and alarming 25.17% in Casey since the Labor Government was elected.
Labor’s failure to commit to extra police to meet the needs of a growing population and ‘soft on crime’ policies are having a disastrous impact. The Coalition promised 750 extra police if returned to government.
